1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on all business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days after successful payment.
Made-to-order, customized, or designer outfits may require 7–20 business days for production before dispatch.
Bulk manufacturing and private label orders are processed according to the mutually agreed production timeline.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across India through reputed courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 7 business days after dispatch depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

Beerbaani Design House proudly ships worldwide.

International delivery generally takes 20 business days after dispatch depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their respective countries.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and shipping method.
Promotional offers providing free shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing the tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information while placing orders.

Beerbaani Design House shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or contact details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery whenever possible.

Although we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

10. Manufacturing Orders

For custom manufacturing, boutique orders, private label production, wholesale, export orders, and bulk purchases, shipping schedules are finalized individually based on production timelines and communicated separately.
